Work perfectly!
I love these paper filters! If I forget to wet the filter before brewing coffee, my coffee doesn't get a weird paper taste. I don't get any sediment coming through to my cup. They fit my dripper cup perfectly. And after brewing I can get the filter to the trash can without hot water dripping everywhere. Perfect!! Great price, helps me make a wonderful pour over every time, and no mess!! i will buy these again! UPDATE -- Just used the last filter from my first box and already had a new box on hand! Great pour over filters. Never had one break while brewing. Always a great cup of coffee. I'm going to keep buying this brand!

Use these if YOU care...!
From the pleasant pale tan color to the carefully crimped edges, this filter delivers! Want some pour-over coffee? Don't make it without these eco-friendly filters! No chlorine used to bleach them, they shred smoothly for the compost container. Your coffee will taste wonderful if you follow the directions on your ground coffee bag. The filters actually have nothing to do with taste, but they do filter with the best!

Sturdy nontoxic coffee filters that make great tasting coffee
I've been ordering these coffee filters for years now and have never been disappointed. They work perfectly and I especially like that they are chlorine free and are compostable. Great product!

perfectly fine unbleached compostable coffee filter
"If You Care" products are pretty good. I buy them when I can as I like that they are all unbleached and chlorine free. The #4 coffee filters work fine in a typical brew system or in use with a pour over style. I had used it in the latter and found that if I pressed the filter with my hand to squeeze out the last of the liquid from the coffee grounds, that it could tear along the seam. I don't think most people would encounter this as most people would use this for coffee to drip into using a machine. But just keep it in mind if you have a need to hand pour hot water over ground coffee- just let gravity do its job, and don't bother to help it along by squeezing out the rest.It is compostable! After you make your coffee, toss it all into your compost pile! They seem to make their products with care. Whenever possible I select one of their products over the typical beached or plastic laden product. I am not at all perfect in how I treat my environment, so even if I could do a lot better, I like knowing that t here are companies creating products that help us to have the "Least possible environmental impact" in our day to day lives.

5 stars for product, but beware heavy fragrance permeated when from amazon
The product itself is great I have used it for years, love If You Care products. However when from amazon the product was permeated with heavy perfume fragrance as if it was in the fabric softener isle. Unfortunately nonreturnable, so I am trying to air them out in hopes to be able to use them for my coffee. This is a common problem I run into with products from amazon being permeated heavily with fragrance. Super frustrating when it's on a product you consume/use to consume food.

Really fills a niche well
This is the only organic filter for pour-over that I’ve tried which has never ripped, fits well, is thick enough to trust, and works well on the second pour if needed. Really enjoy this product and I swear you can pickup on more of the coffee notes by using organic filters.

Safe for composting
I use these all the time for making my coffee, and then I slip the filter and grounds into my compost. No dangerous chemical to feed my herbs that feed me.
