Apart from AMAZON customer service being the worst - this item arrived on time and works really well.

failed after about two months..
charge seemed to be ok ( not brilliant) initally, but within 5 or 6 charge /recharge cycles this failed to the point of only having enough power to run the hoover for 5 secs. be warned that li ion batteries cannot be sent via mail or courier, so you will be seeking out a refund and disposing of the battery.

Batterie compatible, mais aucun problème. Mon Dyson ne tenait plus que 5min de charge, maintenant il est à nouveau opérationnel. Montage facile, moulage de bonne qualité, les trous tombent bien en face des pas de vis, contrairement à celle que j'avais acheté dans un magasin spécialisé pour le double du prix (heureusement remboursée).
