After I had my 1st one for a year, I had to buy another one. Not because there was something wrong with it, but because I loved it! No kinks, super lightweight & flexible. My parents also bought one after using mine. Highly recommend!

Game changer IWas skeptical , after too many disappointing, and some disastrous experiences with other hoses- those that kinked-, or were too bulky and unsafe - ( one of which resulted in an injury due an unadvertised heft ) BUT this hose (50ft ) has it all!! Brass fittings ! Super water pressure - ( can wash a car ) ! Great for garden and lawn watering - allowing for ease of movement, lifting , and flexibility. Amazingly - DOES NOT KINK ! Very fluid and versatile. Actually , though sounds odd, this hose looks stylish and resulting in comments on how nice it looks ( who knew, right - a hose generating buzz) .. Pros: Great pressure Great attachments Super light Excellent maneuverability Excellent packaging No kinking or tangling ( OR “ inflating the hose to avoid tangling “ as many other “ no kink “ brands instruct ( which is code for : wrestling the hose with blood sweat and tears ). But - Nothing but ease of use here In summary : This hose adds value and enjoyment to the experience of using a hose I plan to buy another. Anyone who has arthritic , orthopedic- issues or injuries - should consider this hose. Or anyone that wants a great high pressure , light weight hose , that looks good, does not tangle and is easy to move , coil , store , and use .

I decided to give this hose a try even though I don't tend to buy a lot of As Seen On TV products because of a few bad experiences with past purchases. This was going to be my 6th hose in just 2 summers so I figured what the heck I might as well try something I normally wouldn't do so I bought this hose. When I received the hose the first thing I noticed was that it didn't weigh that much at all which is definitely a good thing and it's not made cheap at all which is another bonus. It was extremely easy to hook up and the nozzle also super easy to use and the on/off valve is also a great feature as well. So basically everything I read about this hose including customer reviews that pointed me in the direction to buy it was spot on. it claimed to be light enough for even a small kid to pick up, made strong and not cheap, won't kink and/or expand to a bubble and burst, super easy to hook up to the spigot and the nozzle it comes with is definitely perfect for it and very easy to adjust to find the perfect flow of water. So trust me when I say that this product was spot on with everything it claimed to be and claimed to do as well. I'm very happy with this hose and that I decided to buy it after I read other reviews on it. That's why I'm leaving my own review so hopefully i can help someone else the way someone helped me. I gladly vouch for this hose and recommend it to anyone needing to buy one. You'll be happy you got one.

It was okay, I spend a few extra dollars for the PRO model vers the regular version. I was dealing with HOA issues on water usage, so i needed additional leak proof options from my kitchen sink. I have a garden and I told my HOA regardless if its hooked outside or from my indoor faucet, it's still coming out of my paid funds. So they changed thier mind and the hose went outside... Guess what, it does leak on small amounts at the faucet. All washers are in place brand new and I reattached and checked several times. I would not recommend this hose if you need total leak free options indoors, from the faucet. Otherwise perfect hose for everything else outside. No other complaints, great quality and kink free and light weight. A bit overkill for a small garden.

I have been using this hose for sometime now. This hose seems to have much better construction and the fittings seem heavier than previous similar hoses that I have owned. This is not a large diameter hose. It works well and is easy to pull around to water flowers and the garden. It does not seem to get nearly as hot as other styles of hose when left in the sun.

This hose replaced a no-name alphabet soup brand I bought here 4 years ago. This Bionic Steel hose is 1000 times better. Water pressure is as good as an expensive rubber hose I recently bought from Lowe's to use only with my pressure washer. The brass nozzle is perfect, it can shoot a long stream of water (40 feet), a fine mist up close, and everything in-between. It also has a valve to shut off the water flow completely. No leaks anywhere with this. No kinking, light and easy to drag around. It doesn't even get knotted up. It also works with the oscillating sprinkler.

I bought 2 of these hoses in 2022. The hose itself is very nice....winds up very nicely and very easy to stretch out and use. I'm sure it would last a very long time. My issue is that I took some cuttings from plants and placed them in containers and watered with the exterior water, from the hose, since I have a water softener. The cuttings died. I couldn't understand it so, I conducted an experiment. I took a cutting, put it in a container and watered with water from this Bionic Steel hose. Each time I took photos. The plant started dying within 4 days and was completely dead within 7 days. I did this 4 times. I then took cuttings, placed them in containers, removed the hose, and used water from the spigot. Again, 4 times. All plants lived and thrived. I have no idea what's in the construction of these hoses that would kill a plant in a container in 7 days. I can't even think of someone drinking water from this hose! These hoses are going in the garbage. I purchased polyurethane hoses from Water Right that have no toxic materials and can be used to drink from. On 18Apr24, I put a cutting into water drawn from the Water Right hose. On 20Apr24, two roots had begun, one being approx.. 5/8” long. Typically, this doesn’t happen until day 4. None of the cutting showed any signs of dying. Anyway, I’m sold on the non-toxic properties of these (Water Right) hoses….I’ll drink to that!!!

I ordered my Bionic Hose in Summer 2023 after seeing some positive reviews online. By April 2024, it sprung a small leak in the middle of the hose. Also, the sprayer attachment cracked. I liked the hose, but was very disappointed that it broke so quickly. The box advertises a 5-year warranty, so I expected it to last for 5+ years. That said, on Mon 4/8/24 I tried calling the Emson Customer Support number on my Amazon Order page, and to my pleasant surprise, someone picked up the phone quickly. She asked me for my shipping info, and created a replacement order for me. She just asked me to email them a copy of my Amazon receipt. By Wed 4/10/24, I received a reply to my email saying a replacement hose had been shipped. The brand new hose arrived 1 week later on Wed 4/17/24. Next year, I will remove my hose before the winter and store it in my house. I suspect that the damage was due to the cold weather (although it's not that cold where I live). I still give the hose a 5-star rating, because it's lightweight, doesn't kink, and customer service was fantastic.

This hose is lightweight, easy to pull around, easy to reel in onto the hose reel. The brass fittings are super! It is durable and always kink free. It's a great hose for the garden. I will never buy a vinyl or rubber hose again! June 2025. Bought another 100 ft to replace another vinyl hose I had on the other side of f the house. Still happy with hose.

Light and easy to manoeuvre. Mine did come with a shut-off valve attached as well as a 'fireman' style sprayer. I'm happy with it but concerned about long term durability noted in other reviews. But after a few weeks, it's been a great upgrade. It doesn't tangle and is quite easy to wrap up on a hose hanger. Satisfied so far.
