This is what you buy if you just want salt at a good price. It comes in a plain, clear plastic bag. It may have a little hole or something, but it won't hurt it. It's a rock. If all your salt drained out return it and get another one. Mild salty flavor, like sea salt. I have a grinder that I just refill as needed. One of the best things about sea salt is that it is more difficult to over salt with. The lighter salt flavor means you would have to add ALOT to get it overly salty.

I ordered 10lbs of salt… a lot of salt arrived…Came together in 2 separate 5lb bags. Pretty decent size, a little smaller than a pincel eraser. Tastes great.

I make and sell bath products. I bought these as a substitute for the course Himalayan salts I typically use (from Salt Works) when they were on back order and unavailable. I thought they would hold me over until the ones I usually get were available again, however when they arrived it became clear they were not suitable for my products. The grain sizes are incredibly inconsistent, most of them MUCH larger than any other “course grade” salt I’ve ever purchased, or even seen. They are so big that I cannot fathom using these in a bath, they may not fully dissolve. The colors were also very unattractive and not anywhere near as pink as the photos made me believe. There were many red and nearly brown salt crystals, which may be natural, but is not something I can package in the premium products I make. They do not accept returns through Amazon and when I contacted them about it they said I can return the salts but that I would have to cover the shipping costs. The shipping costs were reasonable with my business account, so I intend to return them, however the return shipping without a business account would be nearly $20, which is the price of the product. I never intended to eat these salts, and did not open the bags, so I cannot speak to how they are as a seasoning or supplement.

Very coarse but does blend down in blender

I use this salt in my salt grinder for seasoning when I am cooking. It is great tasting and more potent than regular table salt which I really like.
