Way better then the full strike !
Remember buying the full strike ones years ago and I didn't like them at all as they seemed very thin and kept sliding in shoe so got a refund, decided I needed to buy some insoles as I was getting pain in my knees so looked at reviews and these seemed good but was put off by the others I bought years ago but I needed some so took a chance and bought 2 pairsWhen I got them they was much better as seemed thicker and more cushioned then then the full strike ones and they fitted in perfect without cutting them down, tried them straight away over a 7 mile run and was surprised they didn't cause any discomfort and no slipping around etc and made my trainers much more cushioned and had a good run aswellHad no pain knees during or after run but left it a day before leaving a review and glad to say there has been no pain since which is great as was causing some discomfort at times and had to ice etc but since using the insoles I've had no problemsGlad I bought 2 pairs and actually there both different as one pair am 0.5mm thicker in heel area and the front then the other pair but don't really notice that much difference tbh, also didn't have any discomfort on the top of my foot as obviously there thicker insoles then the standard ones you get and was worried might cause discomfort at top of foot with laces etc but no been fineIf you need a good pair of insoles then buy these 🏃♂️👍

Nowhere near a size ten!
Seems like a well made insole, if anything a little on the thicker side of what I was expecting.Needed them to replace the standard insoles from a pair of (UK size 10) cycling shoes that were just too thin.Anyway, compared the two out of the shoe/packet and these ones were a good 2-3 shoe sizes smaller, so small in fact that when I put them in the shoes, my toes were completely over the end of the front of the insole.I have managed to make them kind of fit for now (gaffer tape helped) but will be looking for a larger replacement soonest.Either avoid or order 2-3 sizes above what you require is my advice. You can make things smaller easily.........not so easy to make things bigger!

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET
I don’t often write reviews, but on this occasion, I must. I am aged 92, a widower, living alone, and suffer from peripheral neuropathy of my legs, which has resulted in foot drop. This means I have reduced sensation in my legs and little movement in my feet. One of the consequences is cold legs and feet, helped during the day by the use of elastic socks, but not at night; so, cold legs often interfere with sleep. When I saw the reviews for Thermo-Tec socks, I was impressed. However, before writing a review, I needed to prove answers to three questions:1. Would the socks fit my size twelve feet?2. Would they slip down during sleep?3. Would they keep my feet and legs warm at night? The answer to all three questions is Yes!I can certainly recommend them.William

They do seem pretty shock absorbent
They do seem pretty shock absorbent, but the heel drop is huge. The height of the heel is 22mm and the toe is 6.5mm, so your feet are effectively in the tip-toed position if you're using these. Okay if you need that extra help to walk heels first, but for my knee problems, these just make my leg more vulnerable and walking hurts more in them.

Brilliantly comfy but be aware of how deep they are
These are certainly comfy but be aware of just how much room they take up in your shoes/boots. When in, it's like walking on a soft carpet, lovely, BUT I need a size bigger in my work boots for the whole of my foot to be comfy. I wear thick socks to cushion the upper as well as lower foot, with these in my work boots my upper feet aren't comfy as I have to wear thin socks and the inner top of my boots rub , so looks like I've got to buy New boots!

On my second pair
Think I might have already reviewed these as it's the second pair I have bought to make a pair of Aigle wellies fit perfectly - which they do. They aren't the cheapest of items but stood the test of time last time round so I just bought the same thing again. I didn't have to cut them at all, they were for a six 6 boot. I imagine that would not be ideal.

A bit of a life saver
I have bought several pairs of these on the advice of my Podiatrist to help with Plantar Fasciitis (?).With their help, even in my house shoes, I have gone from a pretty painful heel to practically trouble free walking, often up to several miles at a time. The down side, if there is one, is that they are a bit bulky which is a bit of a problem with my existing shoes. They also need a bit of trimming to get them to fit but the soles are nicely made and trim easily to fit. Oh, and they're a bit expensive but well worth it.Worth the effort and price to ease the pain.

Godsend for my feet
These are amazing my consultant treating me for plantar facitis recommended I get them and for the first time in 6 months I can walk normally and feels like I am walking on soft cushions I will def get them again if I need to buy more for other pairs of shoes !!!

Incredibile resa
Queste solette per me sono state la svolta: prima non riuscivo a correre per più di 3-4 km senza sentire affaticamento, poi ho prese queste e 10 km passano senza sentire nessun affaticamento. Consigliatissime e le ricomprerò sicuramente!
