Very useful book
This book is worthy of review. How nice it is to get a book which actually delivers on its promises rather then be a disappointment. This book at 200 or so pages, is nice and quick to get to grips with rather than other huge project management books. The info is to the point and what u need to know to make a project work without a load of pain down the line, for instance not properly getting all stakeholders expectations clearly mapped and agreed at the initiation stage of the project.Follow all the guidance in this book and your project is not going to backfire with you taking the blame.I very much recommend this book. I think the difference is I have used this book as the template for a recent project and what a difference it made. Rather than projects keeping me awake at night, I can handle it with this.
