Genuine Protein Shake, Chocolate, 11 Fl Oz Carton, 12 Pack, 25g Protein, Zero Sugar, Calcium, Vitamins A, C & D, 5g Fiber, Energizing Snack, Workout Recovery, Packaging May Vary

It has a smooth, creamy texture and actually tastes good—especially the chocolate flavor. It keeps me full for a while and helps with recovery without feeling heavy. Plus, it’s convenient for on-the-go refueling. Definitely a reliable choice for anyone looking to boost protein intake.

I drink and order both chocolate and vanilla creme. The vanilla can sometimes feel gritty and leave an aftertaste but bearable and good to have as variety. Chocolate tastes great... You won't be able to tell it is sugar free, the flavor is rich but not too sweet, it tastes like a chocolate shake. Great for morning meal replacement and post workout protein boost. Price is amazing compared to other premixed brands. Shelf Stable. And despite having "milk proteins" seems to have no effect on my Lactose Intolerance. You won't be disappointed with Muscle Milk and will be pleased by the value, convenience of ready to go containers with 25gm of protein and the great taste.

The price is better than anywhere I could find around my area. Also, I am small and trying to build more muscle and this works great for protein right after my workout, then I eat a regular meal about an hour later. Plus a smoothie. This should not be considered an actual meal in any way if you are looking to benefit from added proteins. It is filling but not so much that you don't want a dinner ( or lunch/breakfast ) depending on when you work out. I always have mine super cold. Warm is NOT good!! LOL! Not in any way, don't even try it! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get more than 50 -75 grams of protein a day. This is an automatic 25 grams, to me, that is a huge benefit and keeps from having to search for even more food with high protein besides the standard meat products. which I do eat, but how much chicken and steak can a person eat in a day?!!

I usually buy the "Premier Protein" brand, which has 30g protein instead of 25 (muscle milk). This was on sale this time, so I tried it instead. The taste is very similar, but I think this one tastes a bit better and has no dairy in it. They are like having a smooth chocolate milk shake, but just a tad bit thicker then normal chocolate milk and super smooth. I have mostly been using it for breakfast or quick lunches. The price for a 12 pack varies a lot online and on Amazon. Great for travel or day trips. Overall, its a great protein drink. I generally dislike protein powder and got into the habit of treating it like medicine. Water + protein now chug. I tried MM out and surprisingly enjoyed the flavor. One serving also had about as much protein as my nasty mixtures. The local prices for MM were way too high though but when I found it here on the Zon for LESS money than in store and LESS money / serving than even my powdered stuff I had to buy. Having a few cases of these ready-to-drink shakes ready has made my mornings even easier. No cleanup and no gagging on not-yet-dissolved chunks of powder. Great flavor. Great price. Win/win.

Great Drink to Start the Morning

I love this version of muscle milk better than the others because it does make my stomach feel queasy and the taste is perfect!. I buy these all the time. Please us my link to get yours today: https://amzn.to/4igetUa

These are great products, and I've been ordering them from Amazon for about a year, regularly. Never had a problem, other than some smashed boxes / containers, albeit rare. I liked to deviate between the chocolate and vanilla versions. I bought this pack (Vanilla), which I've bought before. Only this time, I only managed to drink 1 per day, for 3 days.... Starting with the first one, I noticed a burning sensation with each gulp, along with my stomach going nuts. By day 3 and the 3rd bottle (same situation, only worse), I contracted mild food poisoning. I may not order this product from Amazon again. Not sure if it was the factory packaging or poor storage conditions in the shipping warehouses before I received it. Either way, this batch was seriously jacked up. No funny smell or damage. Just total chaos to the body within 15 mins. PROS: It's a shame, because I love these products. They're great for supplementing, and the amount of protein is just right for daily use. Not too much (as in those who hit the gym regularly, slamming iron). And the protein is fat-soluable, rather than water-soluable. That is HUGE. Far better absorption and conversion to metabolic use. Shaken up, it also has a great taste! CONS: Although this particular purchase wasn't priced half-bad, these do tend to run on the high side. As in, if you're not severely protein deficient in your daily diet, don't waste the money. That's the only con, however, overall. This past experience is why I've deducted 2 stars. Food poison sucks.

Doesnt look good. Packaging like glued really bad on the neck for the bottle all over out Not sure if i drink glue inside Not coming with 4x3 carton inside Anyone face the same issue? Taste chocolate
