Les Andrews excellent authority on the Model A. Very detail instructions on every subject discussed in this book. Would highly recommend this book. The book was $10.00 to high through Amazon. You an cget this book from your local Model A parts house for 32.95 instead of 43.95 through Amazon.

I was given the task of revving a 1930 Model A with no knowledge of it,I worked on foreign cars ,trucks,SUV's and motorcycles.This car is nothing I have seen before,It has set in a garage for almost fifty years and now the 85 year old owner wants to drive it again.Six weeks ,$5000 dollars + and this book, it runs again.Now he wants to paint it and redo the interior about $10000 to $15000 more but he has the money and it's his car.At least it will be worth it.It is a hard car to get used to, tiny inside.

This book was ordered because the Volunteer Fire Company is restoring a very old Model A Ford fire engine that was one of the first fire engines the company had. The book has been very helpful with pictures and diagrams of how to remove different parts for cleaning, restoration and/or replacement parts. The fire company is very, very please with the book.

I found the book very informative and hope that it will be helpful in the future when I have trouble with my 1931 Model A. I was hoping for a book that was less geared toward the professional mechanic, but I believe it will be very helful to me in the future.

The manual was very helpful in repairs and restoration of my Model A coupe.
