SilverStone Bakeware Cake Pan, 9-Inch, Chili Red

I adored this pan at first because it was pretty and the nonstick coating was good at non sticking...while it lasted. Unfortunately, the Siverstone started chipping off within the first year and continued every time I used it (which was infrequently after it started chipping.) After 5 years of light use it is now completely unusable. Very disappointing. I don't even own a dishwasher so that wasn't the problem, and I only use nonstick-safe scubbers.

I LOVE this pan. I have used it for the stickiest cinnamon rolls and the cheesiest lasagna and NOTHING has stuck. I am sadly buying my second due to the fact that my husband or son used a metal knife to cut the bottom up. Be advised, do not use sharp or metal utensils with this pan, it will scratch off the coating. Other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend this for any baking needs. Crumbles, cakes, cinnamon rolls, brownies, etc.

I would have loved this, but it is slightly warped and the cover does not stay on. I should have sent it back, but I didn't realize until I went to bake a cake and I realized it wouldn't lay flat. I worked on it and the cover now fits, but not easy to get it to stay.

We really love this bakeware. It is easy to clean and bakes evenly, with little or no sticking. THIS TIME we will remember to use plastic utensils to cut and remove our pieces of cake. Last time, we didn't use plastic and ended up scratching it up so badly we had to toss it out.

I was looking for a ceramic 13x9 pan and this one met my expectations. It is easy clean up, the color is beautiful. I love the high lid because the frosting stays on the cake, not coming off on the top.

Good quality. Kept my cake moist and did not dry out. Bright colors. Does require special care. Directions say that it will stain if you use baking spray to keep the cake from sticking.

I've had it for a week and I dropped it on the floor twice, it's slippery and the lid doesn't come off easily. I got it as a gift to myself and I wish I could give it back. :(

The lid can be a little difficult to open. If you open it from the sides it comes off easy. My lid is already cracked from leaving it out at a party and someone trying to pry it off from the end.
