Betsy Womens Synthetic Leather Warm Lined Ankle Boots

Oh these boots were lush. Lovely length up passed my ankle, lovely heel height, and I loved the option to open the side zip and see the studs.I wish wish wish these hadn't been clearance stock (I've since emailed seller to find that out), as the 7 whilst they fit me, were too snug and would have rubbed badly after wearing them for any length of time.I really wanted to try the size 8 to see how they'd fit, but sadly this was how I found out they won't be getting any more in as clearance stock.😫Such a shame as the boots are fab!

I bought these after my last pair of synthetic boots, which were twice the price and from a well know, quality, fashion, high street store died after a year. The sole split in the centre and I wanted something similar for comfortable, day to day wear. I was wary that for this price they may be very plastic looking, too rigid and that the bottom would not be grippy enough, but figured I'd risk it, and if they lasted half the time of my old ones, then nothing lost financially. I was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived - which by the way, was fast!The faux leather may not be as good as some, but it's certainly not shabby. They definitely look better quality than expected. The sole is a good thickness and made of the type of bouncy rubber grip I prefer. I find it softer when walking and also gives better grip (something valuable when you're as clumsy as me!). The height of the boot is versatile and as others mention, you can open them up for thicker calves or a glimpse of studs, of wear them closed as I prefer. The interior is fluffy all the way down. The heel is enough to give you a little height but not so much that its uncomfortable for all day wear.If I had to pick on anything, it would be that the interior is a little roomy for me, but I am on the petite side and thicker socks solved it. I've been wearing for a couple of weeks now and any initial stiffness is broken in and comfortable. They appear to be wearing well, scuffs rub out easily and the sole isn't wearing down.In fairness, they are great for the price and if they last more than 6 months, which I think they will to be honest, then I cant fault them. Happy days.

I went up a half size and I am glad I did or I think these would have been snug - maybe because of the lining.Very comfy and stylish - look far more expensive than they were ! I like that you can wear the zip up or down - great for wider legs.
