The book is very basic, but what can you say about cross stitch. It's a fairly simple art form. The book is useful as your very first cross stitch book. If you have any experience in cross stitch, it's not for you.

The writter is generous with info. There are good recommendations listed in the book that will be helpful for those who like practical videos.

Not much information for the cost. I will say I did get 2 tips from it that have been very very helpful. So not all was lost.
