Zebra Sharbo X Refill Mechanical Pencil Unit, 0.5 mm (SB-X-5-B1)

My Sharbo is my favorite pen. I picked one up in Japan when I was there, but lost it. Was so glad to find that the pen and the components were available on Amazon. This pencil component was simple to install and works great.

Good it works well. Sadly, it's proprietary and only fits Sharbo multi-pen-pencil writing instruments.

Returned to the USA with my new favorite pen/pencil and was thankful to have an easy way to resupply.

Needed to order to add missing piece to other order.

You will not likely find 0.3 mechanical pencil lead in any stationary stores. If you do find them, you'll no doubt notice that the cost is several times more than that of the 0.5 and 0.7 offerings. That being said, 0.3 lines are crazy fine, allowing one to write tiny and erasable notes in the margins of any textbook. "B" hardness works best for me. I find that the "B" hardness though soft, and not lasting terribly long, strikes a good balance between line fineness and darkness. HB and H are just too hard to leave a bold line though last much longer.

I have purchased 4 of these total for my different Sharbo X pencils. One of them broke. I'm not sure *how* it broke, but it wouldn't properly feed in a new piece of lead. Getting a new unit fixed that problem, so I don't think it was the pencil. The other 3 have been working find for a while now.

ジェットストリーム4&1を愛用していますが、シャープペンは0.3派。 自己責任で、こちらを付け替えて使用。 ジェットストリーム4&1の方のシャープ軸をカットしたり、穴部分を少し広げて抜けにくくさせる工夫がいる。 落とすと芯が折れて詰まることがある為、注意。 パイロット PILOT 替えゴムS HERFS-10 90円を購入し、針金２本入っている物を使って詰まりをとっています。

Excellente recharge qui remplit bien son rôle.

Good shape and works good

Does the trick.. 0.5 mm lead is too thick, but .3mm lead snaps too easily. Would have prefered. 4 option but this is fine.
