Carl's Gourmet All Natural Lemon Seasoning and Meat Rub - 4 oz

Love this lemony seasoning. Was introduced to it as a child, and have been sprinkling it on vegetables ever since. Perfect amount of salt and citrus. I was very happy to find it online, as it is very challenging to find in our local stores.

Good mild seasoning for salmon

This is my "go to" spice. I use it on meat and fish in place of salt and pepper. I've used it since the 1990"s.

too expensive!

This is a follow-up to my previous review--now having used the product. It season's the food well; however, I don't know what I'm eating--therefore I am giving it a 3 because we are on a low sodium diet and it taste as if it may contain a substantial amount of sodium. The nutritional/ingredient info does not appear on the package, online nor was it available by phone. Product information indicates diabetic friendly, but does not indicate "low sodium friendly" so we cannot continue to use it lacking this information nor can we purchase again.

We really love this on fresh fish we catch. First bought it as a set of four different seasonings as a fundraiser in the Bay Area.

A must have if you love to cook!

The two Carl lemon seasonings ARE DIFFERENT.Lemon Seasoning and Meat Rub AND Lemon Garlic Seasoning and Meat Rub both have the exact same ingredients listed and in the same order, but THEY ARE DIFFERENT.The taste is different and the size and crunch of the spices are different.I can't say which is better.It will take time.Actually I just bought Pappy's Lemon Pepper which has four types of peppercorn and lemon zest.I will update later.
