What a bargain
Managed to get one of these “used - like new” with the Amazon saving thing. Got around 50% off!!! All I can say is what a bargain. There is no issues with it at all. If it’s been used before, you can hardly tell, but it’s only going to get used again and I can’t believe it was so cheap for such little usage. The tripod itself is perfect for what I need and has such a good build quality I’m surprised. I’ve used tripods before but never owned one and this is incredible. Strong, versatile and can be folded down to a very small size and comes with a handy carry bag too. What more could you want!?

Solid, stable and sturdy with great features
Excellent choice if you need a solid, stable and sturdy tripod with the best usability features. Every bit as sturdy as my Manfrotto and very tall. Great for macro work too. May well be the best tripod for the price that i've every purchased.

Excellent Tripod for the money
Bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. Set it up to test it out, and it seems to be very well made and sturdy. I have a Benro, which cost a lot more, and the quality and feel is pretty much identical. Hasent been tested out in the field yet, but no reason to believe it will not perform as expected. Its a little heavier than other tripods of the same size, but that could come in handy on windy days. The leg diameter is 28mm at the top, which you usually only get on more expensive tripods. I think that Neweer make some decent quality gear, as I have a set of extension tubes by them, and they are very good quality also, and are much cheaper than the big brands. The only negative is that (as mentioned by another reviewer), the case had quite a bit of furry mould on it. However, this was easily sponged of with no detriment to the case. So overall, I would defo recommend this tripod.

Tripod weight
Recently purchased this tripod as i wanted a transverse centre column for getting close for macro shots and its fantastic. The tripod is easily the best made and most reassuringly sturdy tripod i own, that said its also the heaviest and its noticably heavier. Im disabled so i use a mobility scooter to get out with my camera and with the extra weight of this tripod it makes my scooter performance rather sluggish and zips through the battery that much quicker reducing the time i can be out. The weight is literally the only con i have for this as its contructions, quality and feel are all top notch.

Reaching new heights.
Great tripod, comes with a tidy bag for carrying, great functionality, with the addition of the top section being able to work horizontally is a real asset when using the macro lens as well as many other situation. Its had good stability on all sorts of ground. It has a good reach and simple to set up. Would very much recommend.

Perfect for a new photographer looking for their first tripod.
I’m liking the fact it is so versatile. I’m going to be able to use this for a multitude of shots. I can go super low to the ground and it’s quite high. I mean I’m 6ft 4 and with the centre column fully extended its as tall as me. I can do top down shots, so that centre column can do a full 90° Obviously you will lose the maximum height when adjusting the centre column. It’s seems well built.....I couldn’t say what it’s missing. I’m no professional photographer it must be said so but if you need a tripod and it’s ya first one. This is cheap enough and good enough to last you years, at least till your skills out grow it’s capabilities oh yeah. It can do pan shots if your using is for video. If you really needed to you could loosen everything and have the ability to track full 360 and up down 90.

Good value, but has its drawbacks.
I got this tripod reduced as part of a lighting deal. It is a good solid trip for the price, but if you can spend more you will get a better one. I like that the top part flips over to take lay flat product shots and the tripod itself is quite sturdy, it is very heavy even for a non carbon tripod it weigh alot more than a Manfrotto tripod I have. The head than comes with this tripod is useless, the rubbers on the twisty knobs are loose straight away and are very small and fiddlely to use, so I have replaced the head with an old one I had already. Pros. Good solid tripod for lay flat product photography. Cheap. Cons. Very and quality control not the best.

It Does the Job for a Reasonable Price
I needed to replace my 40 year old tripod I use with my SLR Camera. Whilst this Neewer modle is not as light as my old tripod, it has good adjustments and seems quite robust. It also has additional and very useful features including the ability to hang the camera out safely for vertical shots away from the legs. It also comes with a useful bag to tote it around. It may not be the best tripod in terms of total features, however it seems to be well made and it does everthing I need it for at a reasonable price point.

Excellent Tripod That Feels Premium
I've been really impressed with this tripod. It's extremely solid, holds my DSLR with no issues, and feels just as sturdy as many of the more expensive brands I've used. The adjustments are smooth, it's easy to lock everything securely in place, and the range of movement is excellent. I especially like being able to position the camera for overhead shots, which has been really useful. The height is great, the build quality feels excellent, and overall it's a fantastic tripod for the price. I'd definitely recommend it.

An affordable and functional tripod for starters.
I recently purchased the Neewer 360 Degree Rotatable Tripod Ball Head and it has been a great addition to my photography gear. The ball head is well-built and feels sturdy, making it easy to adjust and get the perfect angle for my shots. You can position your camera at a higher angle and capture detailed shots of your subject from above. This can be particularly useful for product photography, food photography, or any situation where you want to showcase the details of your subject from a unique angle. While it may not have some of the advanced features that more expensive brands offer, such as built-in levelers or carbon fiber construction, the Neewer tripod head provides excellent value for the price. Comparing it to more expensive tripod brands, I find that the Neewer tripod offers similar performance and functionality at a fraction of the cost. It's an excellent choice for photographers who are just starting out or who don't want to spend a lot of money on expensive gear.

Sturdy, weight of it equals quality
I recently purchased the NEEWER 72-inch Camera Tripod, and I have to say, it is 100% perfect—especially for overhead shots. I own a regular tripod, but it can't do what this one can. I’ve always wondered how people got those perfect, steady angles when filming overhead for YouTube videos, like showing their desks or creative workspaces, and now I finally know how to do it! As soon as I saw that this tripod could do overhead shots, I immediately bought it, and I’m so glad I did. What impressed me was how sturdy and durable this tripod feels. I already own some products from this brand, and they never disappoint, but this tripod has raised the bar. It’s incredibly well-built, and you can feel the quality when setting it up. The aluminum design, combined with the flexibility of the ball head and center column, makes it easy to get the perfect angle, whether I’m shooting overhead or using it as a regular tripod. Another thing I love about it is how versatile it is. It converts into a monopod, which is handy when I need something more compact. Plus, it comes with a nice bag, so I can take it anywhere without any hassle. If you’re into creating content like I am and need a reliable tripod that can handle different setups, especially those tricky overhead shots, then look no more ! It holds up to 33 pounds, so you know it’s strong, and I trust it completely with my DSLR.I am impressed me yet again, and I’m already looking forward to what they come out with next!

Basically all you need in a tripod!
I’m putting this tripod as one of the best purchases of my 2022. As a photographer/ videographer it’s really almost everything you need in 1 pod. Especially the smooth panning landscape wise, still figuring out how to pan it upside down but otherwise all smooth. I love this totally worth the money
