Let me put it this way...I read the book and, the sexual encounters made me less interested in the book than the Author! "So, Fannie Tucker...What are you doing Saturday night?" Yikes! The scenes are hot! I'd like Fannie to tell us all if her descriptions are from her imagination, or, from personal experience. And, of course, if she's, available.

It was okay but would not read again. It is not for me. The story is pretty much as described. This doll was made with new technology that will help her have feelings and be more life like. Unfortunately, there is no explanation who did this or why. This life like doll is just put out there to be processed and sold. Yet, right away she knows to keep this information to herself. I don't know...to many questions left unanswered. Worst, I was not warned that there would be FF in this story. So if you decide to read this story there are scenes that include abuse. It is weird that I will feel like this since it is just a "doll" but because she is life like now I really feel like this is a victim and that took away from me being able to take this as fantasy erotic story. It had nice ending but so many questions left unanswered and things wrapped up too well. I mean she can feel so if she is victim of abuse how can we just not address this with just side comment of acknowledgment. It was good story but just not my type book. I have triggers and feeling someone is being abused is one of them. It just takes away from the story. I could not enjoy it anymore and no longer was this book escapism. Would have like a warning label with this book that there are some triggers of abuse btw FF and MF.

This story should have a FF warning because the description suggested MF. To just throw FF in without any warning at all, was unfair to the reader. A consumer should be able to make informed reading choices. If a book includes any combination of MF, FF, MM, MMF, etc, it should be clearly stated in the description. That's why I'm giving this two stars instead of four. The story itself is actually very good. I skimmed the FF parts so this did not become a DNF. I wanted to see what happened to the main characters. Outside of the missing warnings I would recommend this.

Truly incredible. I've read some of Fannie's earlier work, but this is the lengthiest story I've ever read. It's all about a sex robot who has independent thoughts and feelings. There are some echoes of Pretty Woman in it and it has a lot to say about what happens when AI takes on a life of its own. There are some really deep questions that are addressed in this book about what it means for robots to be always open to human command, especially if they had their own thoughts.

Wow. Just...wow. Is Cynthia human or is she just the sum of her programming? I enjoyed the book's premise and all of the emotional and physical angst that came with the main character Cynthia, a pleasure doll, exploring her love for the book's hero, billionaire Kyle Cumberland. Pleasure Doll is a true romance with an emotional HEA. This amazing read is romantic, naughty, passionate and steamy roller coaster ride of desire and emotion. Also, I'm a fan of romantic backdoor love scenes. The scene in this book was incredibly well-written and rivaled my favorite scene from Milly Taiden's Her Purrfect Match. Wow! 5 Stars! Fantastic Steamy Science Fiction Romance.

While most of her stories were short and entertaining, this one was a little more lengthy and had stronger romantic feelings. Boy is it worth it. Hot scenes with a self aware android and some great character development makes it a great read.

Great read one of the best stories I have read in a long time
