The media could not be loaded. I bought this product on the basis of the reveiws of similar product with other brands on YouTube. I never used such product in past hence was little scared as well as confuse about ordering it.I had lots of moles on my neck and couple of on my face.Product was delivered before schedule with very good packaging, it's easy to install and use.If you have steady hand then operate it yourself otherwise I recommend to ask someone else to operate it for you.It look hardly 30 minutes to remove all my moles from neck and Face. You will little heat when operating on skin but it's a bearable pain at the beginning and then u will not feel anything. It leaves burn mark when we operate it but post 15 days all marks gone and those areas are now match withy skin tone.100% recommend this product...

i bought this product a month ago…first of all its bit bulky to use…then after one month it stopped working…i reported this amazon and they told to contact the supplier itself….the supplier told me to to change thr charger and check but again it was not working so i asked them to replace it and till now they have not responded….then i checked it with a local technician for repair…he told the board itself is a third class one and cannot be repaired…so money is wasted…my suggestion dont buy this

Yes this product is easy to use. Works well on elevated moles and warts. But not for black spots. It actually burns yout tag n seals it. Hence no bleeding. There is a minor wound at the treated spot which later fotms scab in a few days n falls off on its own. But for black flat moles, it doesn't work. They reappear. About the battery ~ it discharges even when not in use. So you can't really trust it blindly for the battery. Overall a good, value for money product.
