Five Dollar Play Bills

My husband & I are Oldies singers and we tell the audience that we take their song requests if they write it on the back of a $100 bill 😜. So we plan to hand these out to audience members before the show starts! These $100 bills are PERFECT! Clearly not real but totally perfect for that purpose!

My daughter has a play food truck and ice cream truck, and this play money is perfect for pretend play! It’s a fun way for her to practice counting, making change, and learning how to manage money while she plays. Great learning tool that makes learning feel like fun!

I am an elementary teacher (5th grade), and I use money as my behavior system. All the students have a job and get paid on the 15th and 30th. They get fines for not doing homework or not being prepared. They earn money for reaching goals and good grades. On the 30th, they pay "rent" for their desk. They love having the money in their hands, it teaches them how to count and organize money and I even have them use a check register to write out withdrawals and deposits. Parents love this system, though I fear this is a skill these kiddoes will never use. Either way they love it. Definitely realistic enough.
