Excellent overview of arthritis with concrete suggestions on managing arthritis symptoms
Arthritis Rx provides education about arthritis, its progression, and treatments. What I found most helpful were noninvasive recommendations to cope with arthritis. This included suggested exercises and breathing techniques and nutritional information. Following suggestions in the book has helped reduce my pain level. The book has also given me an overview of treatments and medications. I prefer to use as little medication as possible and this book has given me excellent recommendations.

Updated Knowledge on Arthritis and how to manage it.
I liked this book so much, I bought it for a friend. I have tried some of the concepts Dr. Vad has outlined and found that they worked for me. This is a great book to update your knowledge about your condition. Every year new discoveries happen. Trying to keep my mobility and staying as pain free as possible is my life challenge. This book helps me reach those goals.

Good information.
Because my wife and I have always been cognizant of a healthy diet, the book is redundant for us. However, I am investigating a source for Zingaflex. I am currently taking Cucuramin 4 x daily after reading the book. A great book for someone who has a poor diet and also has arthritis.

Very informative
I bought this after seeing the doctor on PBS. My mother had just been diagnosed with arthritis and was in pain. I like it because the research is based on current clinical trials where there has been great success. I was very impressed with Anazob seller as it arrived very quickly so we had it in time dr vacation!!

Useful book
The book has good nutritional and exercise information from a doctor who seems well-informed and realistic. He tells which foods help arthritis and which foods make it worse. He also tells you which activities are safe, which ones are moderate, and which to avoid. A must-have if you have arthritis. I am glad that I got it.

Very good advice, especially for preventing arthritis and managing mild cases.
This is an excellent and sincere book. If followed, it would definitely aid in preventing or increasing arthritis pain.Unfortunately, if your arthritis in very advanced, you might still require hip or knee surgery as I do, but it would keep your other joints healthy. I recommend it as good common sense.

Everything you've already heard.
Doesn't bring anything new to the table, just rehashes known treatments, drugs, exercises, vitamins - including the author hawking his own vitamin formula. Save your money and just search the internet.
