Good pants, I just wish I would have tried ...
Good pants, I just wish I would have tried on in a store before purchase. Waist seems to run a little small.

Knees began to tear within 2 weeks of purchase.

Fabric changed from the original super durable duck.
I have been a longtime wearer of arborwear pants and the material quality changed drastically around 2010. These used to be a stiff, dense cotton that took a few months to break in but would last for multiple years. Unfortunately, the new "broke in" feeling fabric may be more comfortable from the get go for some more delicate guys out there but it quickly becomes frayed and falls apart after a year or so. I have since stopped buying these and have gone back to carhartt for my work pants for similar durability at 1/2 the cost. I do still have a couple pairs of old arborwear pants but all my recent pairs are already worn out.It's too bad! I love my old arborwear and am sad that they didn't stick with the original fabric. The fit great but these new ones just don't last.
