how long is the warrenty for batt ek151 amg

I honestly do not know but I have had this battery in my Jaguar XF Sportbrake for the stop start system for nearly two years and absolutely no problems at all.

What procedure did you follow in replacing the battery .

Remove existing battery replae and then the vehicle has to be told it has a new battery via the old and a computer programmed obviously to jaguar a small local guy will this for a small fee as it is a 5 minute job ths main agent either won't do it or change £80

It didn’t on mine but it did put out the stop start light on the dash

It's an auxiliary battery designed to assist with stop-start system. If there is an aux. battery in the Merc and it's that specification then yes, if not then no.
