Good quality five spice blend. Fresh spices.

Bit pricey, but very large quantity. The spice is "strong"... so it doesn't seem to take much to have a huge impact on the flavor and aroma. In particular, the anise seed & star anise come through strongly in the flavor profile, which is ideal, since the other 3 ingredients (clove, cinnamon, and and ginger) are fairly common in most spice racks. So really I was getting this for its anise & star anise content primarily. With the overall strength of the flavor, the quantity, and the heavy content of anise seed & star anise, I feel it was worth the high-ish price (I believe it was $20 when I got it). Should last me for years of BBQ/asian cooking.

It's nice but not the same flavor I'm used to from a different brand Simply Organic. A few of my friends seem to really like it and I will definitely continue to use it.

Great flavor for 5 spice. Huge container, picture is after I cooked with it at least 3 times and each time only needing about 1-2 tea spoon. This will literally last years! The seasoning flavor is as expected and smells amazing. The cap for spoon or dusting is great as well, though for portion sizing most ppl will probably use the larger spoon option.

This is a very versatile spice used in many recipes. One interesting fact is that the Northern Ribs at PF Chang's includes a small dish of dry rub with this in it if you order the dry version of the ribs. That powder consists of 50 percent salt and 50 percent Chinese Fice Spices.

Great Product. Perfect combination with barbecues! Received the product in good condition.

Tough increase in costs. This is a great mix of seasoning and priced at a much higher price in small glass container purchasing at least 250% more in most stores.
