If you have ever used Epsom salts you will definitely be able to tell the better quality with the Ancient Minerals brand. The Ancient Minerals brand has large flakes that take a while to dissolve. I could quickly tell that they made my feet softer. Each of the 6 bags has a lot of Magnesium Choride which is better at absorption and last longer than regular Epsom salts. Because you get so much for each packet you can use partial if you are just soaking your feel or the whole bag if you are going to relax in the tub. Good for your body and relaxing a great company and product.
