Injured my dwarf hamster
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is a TERRIBLE cage. My dwarf hamster almost lost her nose. This cage arrived yesterday and this morning her nose was wedged into the hole in the chimney part of the house at the top. Luckily my friends were able to cut the window part of the chimney and free her but her nose is cut and is bleeding.

Waaaay too small and poor quality 😞
Super small, very cheaply made, only fits the super tiny robo dwarf size hamsters! Water bottle won’t stay on cage and leaks. The slides/ramps and decks are so flimsy they fall off the cage constantly. The little house is too big to go inside, so the roof sticks out through the top of cage and you just have to hope ur pet doesn’t try to escape?? Umm- what little hamster doesn’t try to escape? I’m not putting my pet in here to get loose and get hurt. Very disappointed.

Buy something else
This cage was horrible. We had our little mouse in it for one day and she was so stressed out. I put our baby rat in it while I set up his cage after he was adopted. He hated it. It's cheap, built cheap, comes apart easily. If they can get under the little house, they can get out by pushing it out. It's not locked in place.

Maybe good for a mouse.
This is the tiniest little cage with the tiniest little wheel. The cage size would have been fine but there’s no way a hamster could fit in the wheel. I returned it and the return was easy and flawless.

Awesome little cage
This item delivered very quickly. I wasn't expecting it till the following week. It didn't come with instructions on how to assemble it but I pretty much figured it out by looking at the product pic on Amazon. It looked tiny but after assembling, it was pretty enormous compared to my little hamsters. The pieces can be moved around to your desire. Sorry about the sideways pic, it keeps auto flipping it :/

Arrived on time/no directions/pet can escape through defects.
Product arrived on time, but had zero instructions for how to put it together. Just the broken down product ready to be assembled. We had to go into order history and look at the pictures to ensure we were putting it together properly. Adorable once assembled but hamster/mouse can push the house out of the top slot and roam free. Not good if you are traveling and its designed to be a travel cage.

Main door didn't latch correctly. My Hamster got out day 2. Found her a week later behind the fridge
