Brinkmann 809-1079-3 1-Watt LED Flashlight

There are plenty of brighter ones out there, but this one is plenty bright for most things things. The PVC body is great--lightweight and durable, and along with the grip on it this is the easiest flashlight to hold. The electrical contacts have never had an issue--always dependable. I've bought three of these--one that stays in my car's glove compartment, one I keep in my home, and one that gave to someone else-- and they have been great for over a year. If I needed another flashlight for general use, I would buy this without question.

It was ok, I was a little disapointed, but that is my problem. I didn't pay a lot so I should not have expected so much.

I have had this flashlight for more than 5 years, used everyday at work. I purchased 2 for replacements. The original still works, has a clear glass lens and reflector that looks like new. Battery's last for months of normal use. Will NOT come on in your pocket like all others I have tried (more than 10)other well reviewed lights. Dropped it hundreds of times over the years, no damage. Eventually the black rubber grips wore out.Highly recommended for ruff handling where you need a bright LED, that is easy on batteries.The entire light is covered in nylon and rubber, which makes it safer for use in electrical cabinets.

This flashlight was advertised to come with 3 AAA batteries. When I installed them the brightness of the light was really dimmer. I went and got some new batteries and determined the batteries sent with the flashlight must have been very old because the new ones that I had bought and put in worked great.I'm disappointed the brinkmann sells these flashlights with DEAD BATTERIES!

Great little lights. I have had 1 for years so I decided to buy 2 more new lights for around the house. I had to unscrew the part that holds the bulb on 1 of the new ones just a little or it stays on but it's not a huge deal. Otherwise, they have been the perfect reliable flashlights. Durable, reliable and handy. Happy with my purchases.

Very good flashlight and a good balance between brightness and battery life.I bought one of these "one watters" at Walmart and was looking to buy a couple more. I doubt you would be sorry if you bought this.

I bought more, so I can have then stationed in different spots.... available when power goes out, or anytime I need a small, light, AND quite bright light..

Bright light; compact. Only suggestion would be to put less black on it so it can more easily be found in the dark.
