Finer Form Gym Quality Foldable Flat Bench for Multi-Purpose Weight Training and Ab Exercises

This product isn't to shabby. I primarily bought this due to my tight living arrangements and not having much room to store a normal bench. When the legs are folded down its roughly 8" deep so its pretty easy to store. When you first touch the bench it feels like its a little wobbly but as soon as your weight is on it and your actually working out its nice and sturdy. I haven't felt it wobble at all while actively engaged and working out. I primarily do dumbbell bench press and dumbbell rows on it and it feels nice and sturdy. I will mention the foam and the fake leather like covering does feel cheapish, only time will say how it holds up. Other than that im happy. I couldn't find anything else that folded up like this so i didnt feel as if i had much to choose from.

I'm no handy man, but it seems pretty clear the welding job on this bench is a disaster. I set it up safely, sat on it, and the leg (pictured) snapped off immediately. I weigh 200 lbs, so I don't think it's a matter of overloading it. It's just terrible manufacturing.Clearly the demand for exercise equipment during COVID has enabled this seller to cut costs and produce dangerously inadequate products.

I've used this a few times now and the quality just isn't there. It's wobbly when set up like the legs aren't put on 100% right but I can't really tell just by looking at them. The actual surface of the bench feels cheap, same with the padding, def not gym quality. For what it is, it works. Just maybe the price should be a bit less considering the poor material and craftsmanship. I still give it 3 stars because it folds up to a size that fits behind my door and when you put your full body weight on it the wobble mostly goes away. I couldn't find another bench that folds the same way, so this is really the only option anyway. I could always fix the wobble and change the padding if I feel the need to later on. Like I said in the title, it's just ok. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

In a short amount of time the bench as began to warp

After a set of dumbbell bench presses, a bench leg collapsed below where my head had been. A metal part of the bench leg support structure sheared off. The consequences to me could have been dire had the leg collapsed while doing the set. My head had been directly above where the leg collapsed. Total weight on the bench with the exercise was ~330 lbs. The weight limit listed for the bench is 1000 lbs.

With the pandemic closing my gym, I quickly discovered chairs and sofas were no substitute for a bench for exercises with free weights. While you can get basic benches like this for a cheaper price, this one's having folding legs really makes a difference if you don't have space to devote a room to being a full time gym. It's very easy to fold up the legs so you can stow it away quickly and easily. Also, I'm not mechanically gifted to put it mildly, so the fact it arrives all put together and requires no installation was an extremely welcome bonus. I did not find it at all wobbly, but I am a fairly petite small person so I don't know if that played a role, but it seemed very sturdy. All in all I'm quite content with it.

Very happy with this bench. It feels well built and sturdy. The welds all look clean. Comes fully assembled and is very easy to fold/unfold. Perfect if you need to be able to store it in a closet or under a bed. The cushion is very thick and comfortable. It measures 18.5” from the floor to the top of the cushion. I also looked at the Powerblock travel bench but decided it would be too low and narrow. I think this is also a big step up in quality from the Marcy SB-10500, so if you need a foldable bench this is the one to get.

Bought this mainly to do dumbell flies and presses. It's spot on for this. Fully assembled on arrival, it takes a minute to pull the legs out and tighten the bolts and the same to put the legs back for easy storage. If your after a basic flat bench then you can't go far wrong with this.

Perfect! I am heavy and lift heavy, bench is great, rock solid. Folds nicely for storage too.

Dangerous and faulty. One leg isn't straight when folded out. This could cause the bench to topple. Even worse, the other leg cannot be locked into position as the locking pin has been fitted to the wrong side. It cannot line up with the holes is it meant to lock into. I now have to arrange for this cheap and dangerous junk to be sent back to Amazon.

I use this slim bench for dumbbell Flyes , perfect.

Heavy, sturdy. Is exactly what I wanted.
