But wonderful for saving time and not having to worry about sausage spoiling. I don't know why the grocery chains have stopped stocking this. The first time I tried ordering thru Amazon, years ago, the vendor (not this one) send post best-by date, so I was suspicious and checked the best-by date immediately it arrived, which was 2022. No worries there! It will also be accompanying us in our camper, should the world ever reopen.

This sausage gravy is excellent for so many different uses. I use it for biscuits and gravy on a nice Sunday morning for breakfast and it is excellent for making smothered southern fried chicken. If you were looking for a gravy was full flavor this will fit the bill. Been using this gravy for quite a few years and have moved to the East Coast, have to order now in order to obtain the item.

I've used this for years. I put it on biscuits. Also on English muffins if I don't have biscuits. Try this on an English muffin topped with an egg and cheese on top. Or just mix with some rice. It's just real good. and quick to make. I use 1/2 and 1/2 with water and milk to make it a little thicker.

I have been using Williams Gravy mix for over 10 years. To me this is the best when you want to make as Sausage Gravy to be used with biscuits. I always try to keep a few packs handy just in case I would need it. The last time I used it was for an office party where I used three packs of the mix. Happy to say, the staff really loved it. Another thing is that it is so easy to fix.

Follow directions for amount of water to add to mix in a sauce pan. Set your stove on medium heat, stir constantly in ten minutes it should come to a boil, it’s done. Than turn the stove off and stir for another two minutes. This makes some of the best gravy I’ve ever had. I’ve tried other brands, but this is the best. I use it on biscuits, hash browns, mashed potatoes, damn, I think I would on everything! I will always have it on hand!
