Could be better
This book is so poorly put together. There are 3typing errors on the first page alone. There’s also several WODs where they’re described as AMRAPs but don’t say for how long. Also check out the attached picture—this WOD has to be a mistake. 5 rounds?! Impossible.Offers a lot of WODS but I would just like up better ones online

Great book , great value !
I'm not usually a fan of this type of book but I was surprised this one is done in a smart way. The exercises are very wrestling oriented that with a little thought can be modified to your specific needs. Warm ups, body weight, cardio., heavy-lifting, KB and partner workouts are included in this workout book making it a good value. I really like the way this book is done mind you it does not have pretty pictures or reasons why these exercises work but to me the exercise information is great and it is a very convenient way to put together a safe routine on the fly. I also like that it includes a 5,10 and 20 minute workouts that are effective and safe. When it comes to this type of book on WOD its probably the best one to get.

Best selection!
This record is my gemstone collection and thanks to Morgan, who provide me this as a newfangled direction of life. Actually, I had in frustration cause of my physical weakness (Fat) and others. Finally, this book gave me direction to avoid blame life. After reading, I just realized myself as a strong man having right tips and tricks Of body exercise. There have lots of techniques that are suitable for all ages people and I like to be exposed the Day with these cross training! Highly recommend to my friends!

Well Worth the Purchase
Wodzilla is by far the best WOD book on the market. With over 700 easy to follow cross training workouts, you will never get bored with the same routine. The author also breaks each WOD into relevant categories which makes choosing your WOD easy to find. This book is very well put together, the author has clearly spent a lot of time and is very passionate about this book.

Book for all!
At first I found this book as a magical tool to be a healthy life. I have totally surprised after reading this and tried to exercise every day in the morning and afternoon according to the book directions. It has 700 plus cross training that was valuable for all of us. Some training was more effective to lose weight----I am already running on the way. I think this book is the best solution for all who try to fit their body!

If youre looking for a big list of various types of WODs in book form than this is a good book for purchase. I keep it in the gym, quick guide for when youre looking to mix it up, need a list of something new, or just dont know what to do at all that day.Just as easy to flip open as or is to search web for one.

Controlling my body weight is definitely one of the hardest things to do in my life and I give up the moment I tried a new program. However, with this book, it’s had a lot of fun-filled exercises and programs for which I can do alone without exhausting my mind and body that much.

Just a list of workouts
Okay at best. Just a list of workouts with no explanation. Would have been a much better reference tool if it had a description or guide to show good form for each exercise. I’m no beginner, but wasn’t sure what a couple of the exercises were.Few inaccuracies and typos don’t help. For example in the body weight WODs there is one that says ‘row 500m’.

A wealth of information
This book is an invaluable aid for anyone looking to improve their fitness using cross training. It does exactly 'what it says on the tin', providing you with a multitude of daily workouts.All in all, a great compilation. There are enough WOD's in this great little book to add variety to you workout routine for years to come.Highly recommended.
