A little smaller than expected
This is a little smaller than expected, but that is a good thing. I went to the LV store and they recommended a soft felt base as to not damage the bag. This one is pretty sturdy. The fact it doesn't fit the bottom exactly helps make sure the corners will not damage the bag.

Great Base Shaper for Neverfull
This was exactly what I was looking for to shape the base of my Neverfull. It fits perfectly and is light weight, the color matches the inside of the bag quite well. Good base shaper for a good price.
