Noaks Bag Waterproof Dry Bag, 5 Zip Lock Bags with airtight Closure

I've been using Noaks Bags for several years on my canoe and wild camping trips. Spot on for what I need. When zipped up properly they work a treat. So long as you don't put anything sharp in them, they last for several years at least.

Introductory note: I received a free sample of this product for the purposes of testing it. This doesn't impact the content of my review in any way, of course - the test would be completely pointless from a consumer perspective if it did. This also means that the product was tested from a consumer/user perspective, not a technical perspective. The bags give a sturdy and reliable impression. The material is very thick and sturdy. Other than different zip lock bags, which you usually use for freezing, the components of this zip fastening noticeably click together. Thus, it seems that the promises made by the vendor are likely to be true. However, whether or not the bags are actually waterproof up to 10m obviously depends on how thoroughly and firmly the user connects the two sides of the zip fastening together. THIS is something you MUST be aware of - you should make more effort to be thorough, for instance, if you intend to take electronics on boat trips etc. where they might fall in, and you want to keep them safe. THIS is the BUT - the user alone is responsible for making sure that the zip strips are properly closed. That doesn't change the fact that the basic concept of the bag is, in my opinion, pretty sturdy. For this reason, I give it 5 stars. :-)

I got this to put a car key in while doing water sports. It is a good fit for my key and has been an absolute success. They seem robust and secure. Has kept the key dry and safe. I will try the other sizes for keeping other items dry. My only niggle (if I had to be pedantic) is that I had to put the lanyard hole in it myself (there is a spot marked for it but seems they want you to make the hole yourself). This is not a big deal and I can see that it makes manufacturing cheaper and easy enough for me to do with a hole stamp. Very happy with them and would recommend.

I spent a lot of my time outdoors with work and needed a waterproof pouch that was durable and I could slip into my combats or stab vest that would either protect my mobile or paperwork. Quick delivery and so far I’m happy with them.

As expected. Difficult to seal, but hay-ho

I received this set as part of a product testing programme. The zip lock bags were packed in a plastic film, (and then also in a padded envelope) which provided more than enough protection. The bags are very practical, and you can put all kinds of things in them, to keep them protected from water, dust or sand. They are easy to fasten because there is a kind of "double zip" mechanism that keeps everything tightly sealed. Valuable possessions such as a Smartphone, mp3-Player, or Smartwatch are completely protected. At first I wasn't quite sure about them, and so I placed a paper tissue in one of the bags. I put it into some water - and surprise, surprise, my worries turned out to be completely unnecessary. Even after 10 minutes in the water, everything was completely dry. Other plus points worth mentioning are the high quality workmanship and the tear-resistant and robust material they are made of. No hesitation in recommending that you buy them!

Slechte kwaliteit, niet aan te raden voor de prijs, de zakken hebben de goeie grote maar sluiten moeilijk en de kwaliteit is niet goed, de zakken zijn hard en ruiken onaangenaam, na enkele dagen in de rugzak zijn deze volledig vervormd en niet meer bruikbaar.

Si está de vacaciones, es importante proteger sus documentos de valor o aparatos electrónicos de la suciedad o el agua. Para ello, Noaks Bag ofrece bolsas resistentes con cierre a presión aptas para cualquier tipo de contenido, incluso alimentos. Además, con la bolsa debe de poder seguir usando las pantallas táctiles de sus móviles; las bolsas toleran también una presión de agua de hasta 10 metros de profundidad sin importar la duración, a parte de mantener seco el contenido. Recibirá la bolsa en una bolsa con cierre a presión de buena calidad, dejando la impresión de que protegerá sus cosas de cualquier partícula de suciedad o salpicada de agua. En el interior encontrará obviamente la bolsa, con indicaciones de uso en varias lenguas y un folleto sobre la bolsa. Salta inmediatamente a la vista la robustez de la bolsa. La fabricación es de primera y sin defectos. La bolsa se cierra con un doble cierre a presión un poco difícil de abrir, lo cual me parece especialmente bueno. Una vez abierta, debe rellenar la bolsa hasta la línea indicada. Obviamente, es importante evitar encerrar mucho aire en el bolsa. Se cierra como cualquier bolsa con cierre a presión. Debe de tener cuidado con las irregularidades en el cierre, ya que es probable que en estos sitios la bolsa no haya cerrado bien. Una vez comprobado esto, puede estar seguro de que el contenido de la bolsa estará bien protegido, ya que la bolsa es rígida y comprobé que es imposible dañarla en las soldaduras. Los usuarios de aparatos electrónicos pueden estar contentos, ya que la bolsa ofrece la posibilidad de seguir usándolos sin problema. Sin embargo, no es posible usar las pantallas táctiles bajo el agua ya que la tecnología todavía no lo permite. Usé la bañera para probar la bolsa. Puse tiras sensibles a la humedad en cada bolsa, dejando entrar un poco de aire. A pesar de movimientos rápidos y presión fuerte, la bolsa permanecía cerrada, así que las tiras no se mojaron. Dejé la bolsa durante dos horas bajo el agua y seguía perfectamente cerrada. Conclusión: con las bolsas con cierre a presión Noaks Bag recibirá lo que esperaba. Le recomiendo está bolsa si está buscando una manera de proteger sus cosas de valor de la suciedad y el agua o influencias exteriores. *Según las indicaciones de uso y el envoltorio.
