Why glycerin and xylitol?? glycerin sticks and coats the teeth and takes a long time to come off. xylitol isn’t exactly healthy and too sweet.

Xylitol helps with tooth decay (note: not all sugars the same) I understand it helps with dry mouth also. And I don't find the mouth wash to be sweet.
I cant speak about glycerin but I never have felt stickiness on my teeth after using, but I do know that you can't just isolate some ingredients and make a decision. Better companies know how to combine the ingredients for your best results.
