As it is a solid unit it is very hard to ascertain, however it is very light weight so I’d guess it is hollow inside. It is very sturdy.

Bereits das zweite Exemplar dieses Kissens - einmal bei mir, einmal im Gästezimmer meiner Eltern. Die Blockaden der BWS/Rippengelenke lassen sich so sanft lösen! Dazu entspannt sich die gesamte Wirbelsäule Stück für Stück durch das Strechen. Persönlich finde ich dieses Kissen angenehmer als eine Faszienrolle, da ich das Strechen besser kontrollieren kann und eine Rolle doch immer wieder unkontrolliert die Position ändert.
