Does this particular set come with a black doll?

Unfortunately I have not seen one or have been able locate one either. So I don't think that it does come with a AA doll.

Would it fit in the Barbie dream house made in 2018 ?

I purchased this a while ago. I think it would but it would be best to review measurements of the item and compare to your dream house. I have purchased items on amazon discriptions that say “Barbie” furniture. When received was actually doll house size. Luckily my daughter loves little people as well, and fit for the calico critter size houses. Have also purchased items for Barbie but we’re really Am girl doll size 😏 luckily she loves that as well 😌
