Lovely switch
These switches are perfect for my cottage. They were easy to fit too. Sadly they were damaged a few times in the post so had to reorder a few. The returns process was easy with no fuss. I think they need to be sent in a box rather than a cardboard envelope so the switch section is not damaged during delivery.They are a great product and a great price which is why I persevered with ordering more.

I was a little bit angry, when I open bag and I saw 2 screw is missing 😡(open box item)Luckily I can use screws from old socket!Easy to install, and looks great in our living room!I will order some for new kitchen when is ready!

The 3 gang switch has very good quality toggles with no play in them. Very well made and looks very expensive

Flickered at full brightness
Expensive, nice to look at and does not work with a Philips Dimtone LED bulb.To be precise, it dimmed very nicely but at full brightness the light flickered very regularly, once a second or so.Minimum brightness setting is with a potentiometer adjustment on the dimmer block, which makes it practically impossible without tinkering with it whilst on - not recommended.The instructions are very nearly impossible to read, they are printed very small and a little blurrily.There appears no way to switch between trailing edge and leading edge, if there were, I might have been able to solve the flicker.But the panel is nice, and I've retained it after swapping the dimmer block with a cheaper one which worked, though the shiny switch cover keeps falling off - it just needs a touch of glue. A very expensive panel!

Poor quality made it nuisance to install
Bought two, one OK but other one arrived with cable connector screw thread crossed - so took endless fiddling to get it properly connected. Massive time waste. Look OK once installed but wish I had bought better quality.
