I got this thinking it would be like the old ones.Differences: It's a bit smaller. Colors on the cube aren't stickers. It's a lot easier to spin. The sound it made turning it is different. Not as durable.My take aways. I like it. I am glad the colors are not stickers. However since it's smaller & and a lot more free moving than the old ones, it doesn't have that click sound like the old ones. I can day that's the biggest con about the new cube. I like it enough to where I'm not going to send it back, but I am going to try to find a vintage one.Overall, good item.

It's a pretty great "puzzle cube" and I would highly recommend it. I'm slightly surprised by how easily the cubes can be moved. It's not a bad thing, but I wish it took a little more effort to move the cubes personally. The cubes literally slide easily into the next spot, so if you're purchasing this for timing, then it's great. I bought it for more of a fidget type toy, but it distracts me how easily the cubes move.

This compact cube is just the right size if you have small to medium hands. Movement is extremely smooth and effortless. My only complaint is that the yellow is very pale so it is a bit hard to tell the difference between the white and yellow. The solution instructions that come with it are useless, but quality solution instructions are readily available online. Overall I am really pleased with the quality and value of this puzzle.

A nice cube but a little smaller than what I remembered as a kid. I thought maybe it was just that I’m bigger now but I compared this with one at a well known brick and mortar store and this is, in fact, slightly smaller. While it does turn smoothly, it’s a bit clunky. My 6 year old grandson loves it though!

My Grandson is very good at this and when his first Cube broke, I bought him this. He said it was a better quality and should last awhile. He was pretty pleased. He can solve it quickly but still enjoys the challenge (and showing off)!

The feel of this was nice, very smooth rotation, but it was not sturdy at all! It dropped and one of the pieces fell off.. and I apparently put it back wrong, and I don't play with this, my husband does and he knew right away that the piece was in the wrong place. Definitely not worth the money.. We have an 11 month old and I thought it would be fun for him to play with, (with adult supervision) but now I know I can't give it to him since the pieces fall off..

Great toy! I got this for my 6-year-old son, and he loves it. It’s a great toy to keep his hands busy and keeps him entertained. He likes to try to figure it out and he’s good at getting all of one side done. I really like it because he’s broken some similar to this in the past but not this one. This one has pieces that just pop back in place. That’s very helpful for us. This way we aren’t replacing it after a couple of weeks of use. There’s nothing I would change and I would suggest this to anyone who likes puzzles or kids that fidget and need to be kept busy.

The media could not be loaded. The first rubiks cube I got was many years ago when I was still a little kid. At that time I was never able to figure it out. But now I can solve it with the English operating instruction. I am so excited when I solve it out. The playing gives me a good sense of achievement. It is FUNNY. With smooth turning and frosted surface, this rubiks cube gives me a good hand feeling. Since I can solve it, I will challenge my self to finish it more quickly.
