Good for home tracking
It's good to know if my cholesterol meds are working, in between annual Dr. visits. Company claimed that it could also monitor glucose but never followed up

Love the strips, just wish I had they sold the LDL strips for the L5
I've been buying the HDL strips for a while and even bought the Triglyceride strips. however the TG reading was sometimes in conclusive. The instruction booklet speaks of the LDL strips but they don't sell it...bummer.

Quick way to get total cholesterol :)
I like how I can test my cholesterol at home and get feedback within a couple of minutes. It can be a little hard to collect the blood, but the tech told me if I took a shower or exercised right before the test the readings were easier to take.

El producto es excelente pero la fecha de expiración no es mayor a 4 meses, yo diría que deberían de enviar productos más duraderos a menos que consideres usarlos de inmediato. Generalmente al comprar estos es porque lo haces desde casa lo que significa que quizás no lo harás muy seguido como en una clinica.

Strip quality doesn't matter if the reader won't work.
Can't justify buying these when the reader only lasts 6 months. Our second try with this brand. We will move on now.

OK product but not great!
The device does what it claims to do, namely measures your TOTAL cholesterol. I have two issues with the product: 1 - The readings are consistently 20-25 points lower than the lab results. 2 - The test strips are only good for three months after the container is opened. Most of us want to measure our cholesterol monthly. So, if you follow the company's guidelines you buy 10 strips and throw 7 away. If the company really wanted to help they could create a subscription service where you buy a year's worth (12) but they send you 3 strips every 3 months.
