I've struggled with insomnia for most of my life. Now, on top of a brain that sometimes won't shut off, I'm dealing with chronic pain that has progressively worsened to the point that it interrupts my sleep cycle regularly because I will wake, hurting, needing to change position and then I'm often left ride awake unable to fall back to sleep once more. This results in less time in true REM sleep, which means that my body isn't getting into the zone where it works to heal and recharge me. As a result, my immune functions, memory and mood are all compromised. This supplements' combination of ingredients seems to work well with my system. It doesn't 'knock me out' but instead eases me into sleep and allows me to do the same after I need to wake and rearrange my position. Generally speaking, I do not wake up feeling groggy, unless I was unlucky enough to not sleep at all due to extreme discomfort or some other external reason. My only complaint is the taste. The tablets are rather large and somewhat grainy with a less than pleasant taste and occasionally will give me heartburn, but I believe that's more likely due to my own gastric issues than the tablets. Despite these factors, I highly recommend this product! Give it a try. What have you got lose?

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! Works the best for me out of any other herbal sleep aids, as this one doesn't have Valerian Root in it which I can't take as causes severe headaches for me. This is so great.. relaxes you and lets you get to sleep fairly quickly.. and no groggy feeling the next day, unless you take 2 tablets. I only take 1/2 to 1 and it works great.

Hopefully, this product may work well for others. So far, it has not worked for me.

Good product, one I've bought many times, but it seems the quality has changed/gone down a bit over the years.

There are better out there. This sometimes works, but most of the time it does not help me to sleep through the night.

I think it's working. I still wake up middle of the night, but I feel more rested now. So it didn't cure my nocturnal awakening, but definitely improved the quality of my sleep.

Bought this for my wife who has problems sleeping. She says it works fairly well as long as you take it an hour or so before bedtime. She hasn't experienced any negative side effects.
