Best sugar out there. Love making cakes with these sugar packets

There is also a vanilla sugar by Dr. Oetker that is artificially flavored and it is good for certain uses- but this is the natural version and it is superlative. I have tried to make my own vanilla sugar and I use it when large amounts are required- but this is just amazing. I wish it could be purchased in the plastic shaker container that you find in Europe, which holds the equivalent of over 12 of these packets. Much less expensive in Europe also, so load up your suitcase when traveling!

I use this product when I make macerated strawberries. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to add that little extra flavor to sweeten and give the aroma of vanilla.

Product was expired. Smell and taste was not as strong as usual

I was very impressed that I was able to get this product overnight. I was using this product for a strawberry Bundt Cake that turned out spectacular! No surprises came my way and everything went smoothly.

We love using vanilla sugar when baking or whipping up some heavy cream. It adds a subtle note of vanilla coupled with just enough sweetness. The only problem we experienced this time was that one of the packages of packets had loose sugar in it. But this was resolved by the supplier to our satisfaction. Thanks for that!

It is mostly used in European baking. I use it for my Vienna Croissants cookies at Christmas time. In the summer I like to make cherry or blueberry coffee cakes that calls for vanilla sugar. Thank you to the seller, the package came in very quickly. I 'm not sure if it is the right package and I had ordered the red one. However both show it is the natural sugar, so it should be okay.
