how much water do you use in the diffuser when you put 3-4 drops of this?

Most diffusers will have a line on the water container that is the "fill-to" line. I use this and then user 4-5 drops. The exact amount isn't critical. I sometimes add a few drops of peppermint.

Absolutely. It has a nice, sweet smell.

Did you find this to smell really strongly of citronella?

Not sure what citronella smells like, but I found this oil OK. I prefer to use Ovvio inhale, which has a better smell, at least to me. And works well for allergy relief. I just use it at night when I'm sleeping. Sometimes add a little peppermint.
