MIP For Apple iPod Classic Hard Case with Aluminum Plating 80gb 120gb 160gb-Hot Pink

The cover is awesome especially since I could not find any case for my new ipod classic any where else. I was scared that the case wouldn't fit but it fits perfectly. I haven't dropped my ipod with the case yet (nor am I going to just for the sake of this review LOL) but the case does protect the screen and does not add alot of "bulk" to the ipod. Also it does not cover the click-wheel so there is no annoying slow down while your trying to go through your music and stuff. The color is very bright and nice.The only down side to the case is that it is hard to take take off once you put it on the ipod, but anyway...you should really get this case for your new 160 ipod classic! I really think this case will last long and protect my Ipod as long as I dont drop it too many times :-D

I don't know if it was my fault or not, but it doesn't fit my IPod. I thought I had a classic IPod, maybe it's older than that. The case fit it as far as lenght and width goes, but was not deep enough to snap shut. Also, the aluminum plating on the plastic case is only stuck on with 2 sided tape so it was peeling off as soon as I opened the packaging. The colored aluminum looks nice and wouldn't affect the protection the plastic case gives, but I was pretty disappointed that it was coming off even before it was used.Probably why it was so cheap, eh?

Very nice color and there are stylish grooves in the front. Although it is plastic I have dropped it a few times and it has not broke. It is kind of hard to get apart. The back is clear also the plastic over the screen. There is no plastic over the clicker and the lock and the place for the headphones as well as the place were you plug it into the computer. I am VERY satisfied by this purchase.

The colored portion of the case is actually a thin metal sticker affixed to the clear acrylic portion of the case. While the case is providing the impact protection that I intended it for, it makes the device uncomfortable to hold. The thin metal sticker has evem scratched and left shallow cuts on my palms a few times. I would have gladly paid a few more dollars for a better quality case had I known this was a sticker on an acrylic case and not one solid case.

Considering there aren't as many hard case options for the iPod Classic as there are for the iPhone/iPod Touch, this is a decent case for the price. The pink is really bright, and the face has a grooved texture rather than the smooth, clear plastic of the back. The one downside in my opinion is that the case is thicker than I was expecting, so it adds size/bulk to the iPod. It came with minor scratches and the type of case traps dust and such despite being cleaned before putting it on.

I love this case! I'm ashamed to admit I'm a dropper and this case has protected my iPod numerous times from getting cracked or broken. The case itself hasn't broken yet and it's been dropped more times than I can count. If the time comes when it does break for sure, I'd definitely get this case again.

This case was everything I wanted! It has held up really well for spending every day in the bottom of my purse. No issues with plugging anything in. I like the low-profile, it looks very sleek. Wish I had bought it much sooner.
