Zebra ZXP Series 3 Dual Side ID Card Printer

Retailer advertised this as a "NEW" printer and charged me $1,753.54 including Tax. It was NOT "new" and does not work! Looking beyond the cosmetic damage, the printer does not respond to print commands. I bought this to replace an old printer and the driver works perfectly, so that is not the problem. This is actually a used piece of junk this retailer is trying to pass off as "NEW". You can see the damage to the printer in the photos. It also makes a horrible noise when the lid is closed and it has to be forced down to remain shut. Do Not Trust Jrod Sales!

The delivery was timely, which was important to me in this instance. Purchased to replace a prior model.These printers work great for my purpose. There did appear to be small indications that the box had been previously opened, and the "safety tape" on the back of the unit had already been removed. However, to be honest, the product details did not state either "New" or "Used". Hmmm

This is our company's third Zebra ZXP Series 3 printer. This model is an upgrade of a previous model. It is just solid, doing its job perfectly.It does not auto feed the first card last our previous model. Very good.

I received a product that does not work, they promised to replace the product but never stood behind their promises. Months later I had to ask for a refund

Wish I could tell you how the printer works. But I'm too busy buying cards, a separate software to design the cards with, and ribbon to make the printer print. Once all that shows up I might be able to use the thing. Then again, I might just find out something else that wasn't included in this $2,244.00 printer.I'm amazed that they actually included a power chord at this point. Severely disappointed. Would not recommend.

it does what it says it will go. We have printed well over 5000 badges but then she just died one day. so 3 -4 years with no service. So advice get service on it once a year make it last longer.

Whatever you do don't ever buy anything from Zebra. The printer didn't work right. The customer service rep was rude and blamed everybody but Zebra.

We use this printer to print membership cards. Works great and efficient with minimal jam. It is compact to not take up much space on our workstations. I would highly recommend.
