I've used this product for several years with excellent results. I started using mct oil bc it was touted as a good brain supplement and I'm 100% convinced it works to keep me able to think clearly. As a "senior" citizen a concern of mine is diminished brain function and I can honestly say that when I don't take it faithfully I notice a lot more searching for words and a lot more hesitation when speaking. It's worth every cent and I am grateful that it works so well for me.
