I am a first time mom and I came across this. I thought that it would be another useless baby item like so many others that are produced to make money rather than be effective. I spoke to my husband who dealt with diaper rash creams on my stepsons when they were babies and that is when he said that it may actually be useful because the diaper rash cream likes to kind of stick on your fingers because of the consistency. So I went ahead and added it to our registry because why not. Well, I am happy that I did. we don't have to apply diaper rash cream on my little guy a whole lot but when we do, this helps to put it on and it spreads easily and evenly. And its mess free for our hands. Then you can just use a baby wipe to clean it and you're all set for the next time you need it. I didn't truly appreciate though until the one time I had to apply diaper rash cream and I wasn't near this to use. Get it - its worth it.

These things are amazing to have. Wish they had been around 20 years ago. Makes it so easy and gentle to put cream on babies bottoms. They make a mini version that is great for diaper bags. We got this for my spouse because creams give them extreme sensory overload, this has been amazing for them to be able to change our baby's diaper. Definitely a must have for parents with sensory issues

Convenient for when you’re out and about so you’re not getting ointment all over your hands. Just clean it off with a wipe and put it back in its case. Spreads the product better as well.

Purchase this for a baby shower, I’m eager to hear how she likes it for her baby. I like the idea of how easy this item would be to clean. I cannot see the practicality of using this instead of your finger since you’re going to have to wash your hands anyways. But I hope she loves it!

I love this thing. I ended up purchasing a second one so I could have one in the diaper bag and one at home. I hate touching the diaper cream, this has been one of my favorite gifts.
