Bought this for travel and it works great for that purpose. It would be too small for every day use. The bristles are great and seem high quality. The long handle makes it a little awkward to use but it stores the brush well and allows it to dry while stowed.

I previously had a similar travel brush which lasted over 35 years. I have been searching for a similar brush for over 10 years until I found this product. It is extremely well made with a quality brush, which is holding its shape after use. Great quality a a good price. Looks like I have another travel brush for life.

This is designed and built well for its intended purpose. However, and as others have pointed out, the bristles are sharp for badger hair and it’s really not a breaking in thing. Considering returning it.

My husband likes a travel shave soap brush instead of regular shaving cream and swears by them but the regular one he uses at home is not really portable. After purchasing this one and making him try it, he loves it! He says it feels just like the home one but loves the portability of the travel one and that the case allows it to try without causing any issues. Happy with the purchase.

There may be a version of this brush that works as it should. I did not receive that version. You can see how the design might work, if it were crafted better, but the one I received had a sleeve that was a bit too small for the brush assembly, so there was no way to store the brush in travel mode. Too bad, as I had high hopes, and now need to continue my search for a travel shave brush that does not suck.

Haven’t travelled much since purchased. Maybe 20 uses. During this time it was great! It usually shed 3-5 bristles during the shave but this trip (5 days) the bristles started coming out (in large clumps)! This morning two big clumps came out of the middle and it went into the garbage. Not worth the money!

I've used this brush on a camping trip and several business trip, and have been pleased each time.The brush works as well as my 1-peice brushes, and is also very convenient to break down and pack away in the toiletry bag.
