Q: Would it fit a small laptop? And how easy is it to remove the panier?

The panier just zips up at the side of the main compartment when not in use. Maximum laptop size I have put in the panier is 375x250x35mm.

Q: Product is confusing! One picture shows it with panniers and the other without? Which is it?

Hi, I bought this some time ago because it has panniers that can fold away when not in use. The panniers also sit relatively high so do not interfere with your leg/heel when cycling. I have been using the bag in all weathers for relatively short commuting distances (12 miles per day) and have found it perfect for my needs. There is plenty of room for waterproofs, a book and sandwich box in the main compartment and when I need to take in clothing etc I can unzip and unfold the panniers. I hope this helps.

Hi I bought this bag for my husband’s birthday. He really likes it. To answer your question. In the middle of the bag is a padded area supported by Velcro on the sides, giving two areas to the bag. On the bottom of the bag is another padded pad this is not attached. The rest of the yellow linings is fully sewn into the bag. I hope this helps.

Yes, there are straps attached to hold the side pockets in place.
