IndicWisdom Wood Pressed Flaxseed Oil 500 ml (Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil - Extracted on Wooden Churner)

Flavour is not at all good, as compare to Olive Oil. But it's so effective in controlling Cholesterol. I used it for 3 months, and my Husband's Cholesterol became 200 points down. I cook food in it, also consume directly 1-2tea spoon. It's very very good for health. Specially for Heart. I am so happy with its quality. But using only 4 teaspoon in a Day. No other oil consumption.

I have been buying 🛒 IndicWisdom Wood Pressed Flaxseed Oil since July 2021. So far ½ Litre has costed anywhere between ₹300 and ₹400. Despite being a big fluctuation, the price still beats other competitors.💧🏥 I am using this Flaxseed Oil primarily for Nutritional use recommended by Nutritionist/Dietician as one of the essential oils amongst 4-5 other oils that I use in rotation for Strict-Keto diet. This Flaxseed oil gets used no more than 1 spoon per day in raw manner, mildly heated.💧🧘🏼‍♀️ This product is made by cold pressing Flaxseeds on Wooden Churner, with no heat generated in the process. This keeps the Fatty Acid Chains intact. And that's how it is best to be used - without high heating.💧👃🏼 Like other Edible Essential Oils, not having been prepared with harsh processing procedures, it is good to smell it every once in a while and not rely purely on the printed expiry date. If it smells stale or foul, better not to consume it.💧🥗 As the product advertises, it is a good option to be used in Salad Dressings, Dips and Sauces, Blended in Shakes-Smoothies etc. The product would lose its nutrition value if high-heated. So prefer to consume it in its raw state.💧🔥🚫 As per the Nutritionist, Flaxseed Oil is not meant for Cooking as it can result in harmful residue when high heated. Anyway, it does not have a high smoke point.💧🏆 Considering all things ⚖️, I am awarding IndicWisdom Flaxseed Oil product all 5-stars ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐
