I love this stuff and use it daily. I feel more focused and feel like my memory is more detailed when I use it. I can recall the names of people, tv shows, songs, etc. better. It never gave me a headache or had noteable side effects either. I'm a healthy guy in my 30s, but had a concussion and have been having issues ever since with my memory. This helps!

My husband has been using the product for many months. At first he thought it was helping a lot but after a few months he didn't believe that it was still helping. So he stopped using it for 2 months and that was when he was sure that it was helping because there was a big difference. So now he is back to using it and will continue to do so. After a year on one prescription medication I realized one of the side effects was short term memory loss and brain fog. Try finding exactly what "MEDICAL DOCTOR RESEARCH CERTIFIED" means. I did and found this:The current federal status of this trademark filing is ABANDONED - FAILURE TO RESPOND OR LATE RESPONSE...which makes me wonder if such a certification actually means anything. I tried the product and didn't find anything substantive in effects.

I was taking a different brand of a brain supplement but didn't feel any difference. This supplement, however, has made all the difference from day one.
