I use this for “tennis elbow” type pains. Easy! Just slide it on. Good med med/firm compression, controls movement a little to keep you in check. Sporty look. Decently comfortable for something that is made to squeeze your arm. Lol. 👍👍👍

Purpose: severe forearm pain outer elbow to wrist. The compression helped while i was figuring out that my sleeping on my right arm is likely the cause of my issues instead of tennis elbow.Likes:Does actually provide notable compression.Listing does not falsely claim inHg compression values like a ton of other listings do.Sizing correct based on measurement chart.Material appears like ti will survive multiple washings.Dislikes:Kind of thick. I am a sweater and this will absorb and hold wetness.Thickness of end cuffs. It does bind a bit at the top.Would prefer a true medical type sleeve as it would provide even compression for the full length instead of being dependent on the sewn taper.All that said I would purchase again.

Sleeve is very comfortable and does the job. When my arm gets fatigued, it helps alot. It is so comfortable that I can wear it for 18 holes of golf with no discomfort. The cost is great too.

I’m 55 started going back to the gym. Developed a tennis elbow or burcitis or something. I’m skeptical of all the copper and other scams out there, but thought I’d try it for the price. The minute I put it on, the pain is gone for the entire work out, until I take it off. Something about the compression. Whatever it is, it’s totally worth a try. May get another for the other elbow or for my knee.

I actually bought this for my girlfriend; she has some tendonitis issues with her elbow and needed some support for her more active days. This sleeve was relatively inexpensive, has a good look to it, and worked very well for her. I am happy that I gave this product/company a shot...I would purchase from them again.

Got a medium so it's tight but works. Should have gotten a large for my fat arms 😆

The elbow sleeve is very uncomfortable it folds in the crease of your arm when you bend your elbow. It's so uncomfortable and seems to make the pain worse you're better off without it
