No service
Worst support by crampton..there was a water leak from the pump and I have raised minimum of 8 service requests but no action was taken by Crompton..what is the point of warranty then?? So funny

Not sold with weather peotection
They must be sold with plastic full covers with vents for air, rigid covers, all weather protection

Very bad service after sakes
This pump was delivered to me on 6th July 22. After 10 days of delivery it was installed but it not works and for the same a complaint registere to helpline. Person visited to my home and told me to carry motor to service center by own and all service will be provided there. Even not giving happy code the complaint closed by him the matter raised to helpline and reopened the complaint but without visit and consent again complaint has been close. Over all the behaviour of service center is very rude. One more thing is there which every one have to note that this pump have plastic impeiler and does not have good life other brands are providibg steel impeiler so before buying must have to check it.
