THESE DO NOT GET HOT..THEY DO NOT EVEN GET LUKE WARM..IN FACT THEY DO NOTHING....BACK STILL IS SORE EVEN THO I PUT THESE ON EVERY 4HRS....THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE....SO VERY DISSAPOINTING!!

THESE WORK GREAT THEY PUT OUT HEAT. BUT WHEN TAKEN OFF THEY TAKE ALL THE HAIR OFF YOUR ARM AND IF YOU HAVE VERY OLD THIN SKIN THEY WILL TAKE THAT OFF TOO. REMOVE VERY CAREFULLY DONT JUST RIP IT OFF

Excellent warming relief
Patch does get very warm. I myself had a reaction to the adhesive that made me itch, but have the same issues with certain kinds of bandaids. Otherwise patch delivers relaxing warmth for achy muscles
