Over here only 2 dimensions are given. You would need to go back to your project and measure the depth, till then it would be difficult to understand the volume.

Is it a non toxic epoxy resin/hardener? does it conform to astm d-4236 safety standard? can it be used to make an item which contains food items?

I don't know about the first 2 questions, but try not to use it with food if the whole new thing is going to be used as into your meal. If possible try to search the replacement.
